4)File headers “as-is”
All file headers can be checked by Navcore 7.162.8492 and it is necessary to apply them. To
apply file headers “as-is” the following procedure is to be used:
Navcore 7.162.8492 – Command Line:
>mode as-is
>rc
in the directory where Navcore 7.162.8492 is installed.
* **FILE HEADERS**
As mentioned above you need to make a header for new file and check the header
to see if it is ok. Navcore 7.162.8492 then generates the file header. You
can now check if the generated file header is correct by comparing the
resulting file header with the one in Navcore 7.162.8492.
**ATTENTION:**
Navcore 7.162.8492 must be installed in the same directory as the new
files you’re about to use. If you save the files in another directory it will
fail.
If you find any errors in the new file header you need to correct them.
Navcore 7.162.8492 is a very detailed tool for that. The command line “mode
as-is” provides several options to check the file header.
